All products sold on Talbeena are food products made from natural ingredients. While we take every care to describe products accurately, colours and packaging may vary slightly from product images shown on the website.

• Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
• We make no medical claims about our products. Talbeena is a food product, not a medicine.
• If you have any food allergies or medical conditions, please consult your doctor before consuming our products.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• Payment is accepted via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (where available), processed securely through Razorpay.
• Your order is confirmed only after successful payment processing.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, you may cancel it within 12 hours by contacting us at our contact page. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

5. Shipping

We ship across India. Estimated delivery times and shipping charges are described in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product names and branding — is the property of Talbeena and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Talbeena shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
