1. Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately via our contact page or WhatsApp with your order number.
After Dispatch: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery as per the return policy below.
COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, refusal to accept delivery without a valid reason may result in restrictions on future COD orders.
2. Return & Refund Eligibility
We accept return/refund requests in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or broken product.
- You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered).
- The product was expired at the time of delivery.
- The product was missing from your order.
Non-eligible cases: We do not accept returns for change of mind, dislike of taste/flavour, or if the product seal has been broken (unless the product itself is defective).
3. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. To request a refund:
- Contact us via our Contact Page or email within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged/wrong product.
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days and confirm eligibility.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Refund Timeline
- UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days after approval.
- Credit / Debit Card: 5–7 business days after approval (depending on your bank).
- COD Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer within 5–7 business days. Bank details must be provided by the customer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you received a wrong or defective item, we will send a replacement after verifying your claim or process a full refund as per your preference.
