Free shipping on all orders above ₹999. Standard shipping charges of ₹99 apply for orders below ₹999.

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If your PIN code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details after payment, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier partner delays, festivals, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and/or email with the tracking number and courier partner details. You can use this to track your shipment directly on the courier's website.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts (e.g., no one available to receive, incorrect address), the package will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply.

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at the time of placing the order.

7. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to transit, please photograph the damaged package and product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
